Dodson Chapel Pipe Improvements

Completed December 2015

In order to provide increased conveyance capacity and address existing restrictions within the sewer system, approximately 3,400 linear feet of gravity sewer pipe will be replaced with larger sewers. This includes the replacement of existing sewers ranging in size from 18 to 42 inches in diameter with sewers ranging between 30 and 48 inches. Learn More

Cowan Riverside Rehabilitation - Area 2 - Dickerson Pike

This project was developed to renew aging infrastructure and to address downstream overflows by reducing the amount of rainfall that can enter the system through defects. It consisted of the evaluation and rehabilitation (as necessary) of approximately 51,400 linear feet of gravity sewer, associated manholes, and service laterals within Metro's right-of-way and easements. Shelby Park Rehabilitation - Area 2 - Norvel Avenue

Completed February 2016

This project was developed to renew aging infrastructure and to address downstream overflows by reducing the amount of rainfall that can enter the system through defects. It consists of the evaluation and rehabilitation of approximately 57,000 linear feet of 8 to 21-inch gravity sewer, 300 associated manholes, and 700 service laterals within Metro's right-of-way and easements.
